Our products are usually delivered within 3 working days from the day of purchase.

We are using couriers to deliver it on the pallet which are placed into a driveway if possible or on the side of the kerb.

Couriers do not deliver at weekends.

All our products can be collected from our main yard in Maynooth.

Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our depot, in its original packaging unopened for a refund. There is a restocking charge of 15% of your purchase.

If the item is broken while delivering please contact us as soon as possible without further unpacking it.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement if a product is assembled.

Assembly should be perfomed as per buschbeck instructions attached.

Warranty covers all manufactured defects but exludes all faults caused by misuse, wear and tear or wrong assembly(Please follow up instructions provided with the product).Small hair line cracks are considered as normal during the manufacturing process.
